Growing up on the island of Kauai in a family of real estate brokers, Sarah knew one day she might join the ranks of the family business. Becoming a broker in 2005, she is a 7-year winner of Seattle Magazine’s Best in Client Satisfaction, awarded to 7% of agents in King County and voted on by past clients. She has one of the most unique and varied client bases in the city—from tech workers to artists to retirees. Sarah is a residential broker at Windermere Mount Baker and she loves her office’s commitment to community engagement.
Very active in the arts community as a performer and patron, she has hosted benefits for many organizations including the Henry Art Gallery, Seattle Art Museum, Velocity Dance Center, and On the Boards. She has also appeared on stages all over the city including the Seattle Rep, ACT, and recently she played Rosie in “Mamma Mia” at the 5th Avenue Theatre and sang the National Anthem for the Seahawks. She is grateful to be a member of this guild with so many dedicated people wanting to bring positive change to Seattle through serving Mary’s Place.

Real Estate Broker
Before I got into real estate I worked in film production in many different capacities but one of my favorite jobs was decorating sets. I see my real estate transactions as mini-productions and enjoy prepping listings for the market. My background in journalism, set decorating, photography and working with the public make this a good fit for me and my personality.
I’ve been a full time Realtor since 1998 and I’m so happy to still be able to help people with these important transitions. I’m a lifelong Puget Sound Resident with a husband and 2 kids. My passions are interior design, food, and health/wellness. I still love meeting new people and am extremely grateful for this wonderful life.
